Carara Bay Development is located less than 1 hour from San Jose, on the Northern border of Costa Rica’s most popular beach resort, Punta Leona. With over 112 acres of Titled property, including Playa Agujas beachfront, the property can be used in several different ways. The developers have land plan scenarios that show the versatility of the land: subdivisions, lots, single-family, condos, etc. Like many other developments worldwide, this project was put on hold in 2009 due to the global economic crisis.
