Property Description

A 3-bedroom house with a pool and an open space design located in Mapaches Residences of Punta Leona, walking distance to the beach of Playa Mantas. Sleeps up to 8 people.

The bedrooms have private bathrooms plus there is a guest bathroom downstairs by the pool and living area.

Bedroom details:

• Master Bedroom – 1 queen bed, located downstairs, air-conditioned
• Bedroom 2- 1 double bed, located upstairs with balcony in front of the house, air-conditioned
• Bedroom 3- 2 double beds, located upstairs with balcony in the back of the house, air-conditioned

The house has a small backyard shaded and surrounded by a lush tropical jungle.  Experience nature up close as you might encounter toucans, colorful Scarlet Macaws, monkeys, and other wildlife.

The fully equipped kitchen features appliances including a blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice dispenser, clothes washing machine and dryer, outdoor gas grill, and all the necessary kitchen accessories such as cutlery, plates, and glasses. The house has cable TV and wifi internet.

Outside, there is a social area with a pool and BBQ, as well as a covered carport with a gate.

Punta Leona is located 1.5 hours from the airport in San Jose, 25 minutes to the popular beach town of Jaco, and 20 minutes to Los Sueños Marina.  Locally, there is a grocery store, POP’s Ice Cream, a pizza restaurant, and the Arenas Hotel restaurant available to guests.  Access to Punta Leona can be provided at an extra charge per guest during the regular high and low season.  During holidays and other times, the club can restrict access to guests.  Please consult the availability in advance.
