The kitchen is equipped with a blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer, and all the necessary kitchen accessories such as cutlery, plates, and glasses.

The Cumbremar condo is located 1.5 hours by car from the Juan Santamaría International Airport, and just minutes from commercial areas that offer modern services such as Los Suenos Marina in Herradura and the beach town of Jaco, which is well known for its variety of restaurants and nightlife.

Cumbremar condo features a master bedroom with a large private bathroom and king bed. In addition, it has three bedrooms, two with a full-size bed, and one with a king bed. These 3 bedrooms share two bathrooms.

The rooftop terrace has a BBQ grill and lots of space for lounging and enjoying the Tucans and Scarlet Macaws, which are very common in the area.

A common area pool is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Rates for high season are $350 per night Sunday-Thursday, and $400 per night Friday-Saturday.
