Property Description

This 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment is located steps away from the beautiful white-sand beach of Playa Blanca, one of the most exclusive and beautiful beaches on the Central Pacific Coast.

The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, living space, balcony with an ocean view, and an infinity pool in the common area.

The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds to sleep 4.  The full bath is shared with the guest area.

The apartment is located in Leonamar which is just past Playa Blanca in Punta Leona.  1.5 hours from the airport in San Jose, 25 minutes to Los Sueños Marina, 25 minutes to Jaco Beach.  Punta Leona has a grocery store, ice cream shop, and a pizza restaurant.  Other restaurants are located about 15 minutes away.

There is a 2-night minimum stay.
