An adorable 2-bedroom vacation rental with 2 bathrooms and pool minutes from Playa Mantas in Punta Leona in the small gated condominium of La Fountain.

The apartment features a kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven, and teapot plus cooking and eating utensils.  The living area has a sofa and smart TV for connecting to Netflix, or you can use the DVD selections that the owner has provided.  There is no cable TV but there is wifi.  Downstairs there is a full bathroom and a small patio out back that opens up to nature to enjoy with your morning coffee.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom with shower.  A washer and dryer are located in the upstairs bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and is at the top of the stairs and closed by a large curtain.  The master bedroom is closed by a door and also has a queen bed.  Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the a/c unit in the first bedroom provides cool air for the living area downstairs.  There are beach chairs, an ice chest, and an umbrella available for your use at the beach or by the pool.  Extra sheets and pillows are also available should you need them.

The condos are secured by an electronic gate and there is onsite security.

The pool is in the common area and is open for use 8am until 9pm.

This condo is conveniently located minutes from restaurants, beaches, shopping, and grocery stores that are located nearby.  It is also located 20-25 minutes to Playa Jaco and Los Sueños Marina.  Punta Leona is on the way to the beach of Playa Mantas and also has a small grocery store, Pop’s Ice Cream, and Arenas Restaurant available.

The rate is $250 for a minimum of 2 nights.  The 3rd night and after are $100 per night.
