Villa Victoria is fully air-conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen, living area and beautiful outdoor space for enjoying a barbecue with family and friends. The house is located in the secure gated community of Barlovento in Punta Leona, and walking distance to Playa Mantas beach. The house also offers cable tv and high-speed wifi access.
The master bedroom features a double bed with private bath. The second bedroom also has a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. The house has an outdoor gas BBQ grill, microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, blender, air fryer, rice cooker, and ceramic range with oven. The patio features a dining table for 6 guests.

Villa Victoria is located 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the Juan Santamaría International Airport, and just minutes from commercial areas that offer modern services such as Los Sueños Marina and Golf in Herradura and the beach town of Jaco, which is well known for its variety of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
