Take a refreshing dip in on of the four pools or relax on the poolside patio. Explore the sandy beach, adventure tours, and nearby restaurants and attractions.
This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is conveniently located on the desired south beach of Jaco, perfect for sunbathing, playing in the sand, or taking surf lessons. Walk down the beach to visit beachfront restaurants, bars, or just explore the rocky coast further south.
The master bedroom features a king bed, large private bath, walk-in closet, TV, and safe. Doors open up to the poolside patio to have your morning coffee and get ready for the day. The second bedroom has a king bed, safe, and private bathroom. The third bedroom features a double bed, a connected bathroom, and a safe.
The spacious living area has a TV, sofa, and doors that open up to the patio. There is a dining table for 4 and the open-concept kitchen has everything you need to make your stay convenient and enjoyable, including a microwave, oven and range, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, dishwasher, flatware, dishes, glassware, and other appliances.
Jaco Beach is only 1 hour and 3o minutes from San Jose and is known for its surfing, nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and activities such as fishing, ATV tours, the Miro hike, zip-line tours, horseback, SUP, kayak, and more! Chef services and massages can also be arranged during your stay. Los Sueños Marina is 25 minutes away and you can also explore other beaches near Jaco, such as Playa Hermosa, a beach for skilled surfers, and home of the World Surfing Championship in 2009. The Jaco bus stop is on the main street within walking distance to the condo.
Parking is available in the secure lot across the street from the entrance to the condominium. The fee is $10 per day or $100 per month.
Price per night Jan 2 to April 30, 2024 $220 per night, except Easter Week, March 23-April 1 – $295 per night.
