The Alella Condominiums are located in the secure hilltop community of Altos de Leonamar overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Nicoya Bay. Only one hour and a half from San Jose, Alella is also close to Los Sueños Marina and the surf town of Jaco, known for its restaurants, large beach, and nightlife. Altos de Leonamar has its own exclusive beach, Playa Caletillas, and access to Playa Blanca, one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white-sand beaches, located a pleasant five-minute drive away.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the second floor and accessible by elevator. A large balcony offers a place to dine, to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, and to enjoy peaceful views of the ocean. Common sightings include colorful scarlet macaws flying in pairs overhead and white-faced capuchin monkeys climbing through the trees.
