The Alella Condominiums are located in the secure hilltop community of Altos de Leonamar overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Nicoya Bay. Only one hour and a half from San Jose, Alella is also close to Los Sueños Marina and the surf town of Jaco, known for its restaurants, large beach, and nightlife. Altos de Leonamar has its own exclusive beach, Playa Caletillas, and access to Playa Blanca, one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white-sand beaches, located a pleasant five-minute drive away.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the third floor and accessible by elevator.  A large balcony offers a place to dine, to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, and to enjoy peaceful views of the ocean and the lush tropical vegetation surrounding the 15-unit complex. Common sightings include colorful scarlet macaws flying in pairs overhead and white-faced capuchin monkeys climbing through the trees. 

The kitchen features granite countertops and breakfast bar with six stools, washer and dryer, and modern stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, electric range, and oven. Cooking and dining basics include dishware, serving dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, silverware, utensils, dish towels & oven mitts, oil, salt, and pepper.

Facing the kitchen area is a living room with sliding doors opening onto the balcony, which extends the entire front of the apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a coffee table, side tables, and a large leather sectional sofa that comfortably seats six guests. The master bedroom has a private bath and opens onto the balcony. There are two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other that sleeps three. All areas are air-conditioned.

The Alella condominiums offer two wonderful areas for gathering and recreation. Downstairs is a deck with two swimming pools, one for adults and a second shallower one for children, as well as lounge chairs, patio tables with umbrellas, and a large gas grill. Upstairs on the 6th-floor rooftop is a large terrace that offers incredible 360-degree views of the ocean and surrounding mountains, with a grilling station and tables and chairs for gatherings of up to 12 people. Parking maximum 2 cars.

Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, private full bathroom with shower, a/c.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a/c.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with double mattress below and single mattress above, a/c.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share one full bathroom with shower.
