Sueños de Niño Apartment 2, located within the secure gated community of Altos de Leonamar in Punta Leona, is a luxurious apartment with 3 bedrooms, views of the ocean, a private indoor jacuzzi, and access to Playa Blanca, a beautiful white-sand beach with clear blue water within walking distance to the apartment.

Take the elevator or walk the stairs down and admire the towering fountain at the entrance to the fully air-conditioned apartment.  Enter to admire the views from the tall sliding glass doors that open fully for providing an open-air experience while relaxing in the living room jacuzzi, watching a movie on the video projector, or enjoying a chef-prepared meal (optional service).

The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed with views of the ocean, smart tv, a separate shower, bathroom, closet, and a sliding glass door to the patio.

In the second and third bedrooms you will find a luxury queen-sized bed, private bathroom, dresser, and armoire.

In the living room, there is a full-sized sofa bed for 2 more guests, and a full guest bathroom with a shower.  The kitchen features modern appliances and is fully equipped with all you need to cook and serve meals.

The large common area features a deck to relax and view the ocean and admire the colorful Scarlet Macaws that frequent the area.  There is a large gas grill available and electric blinds will provide privacy when needed.

We offer kayak tours, ATV, zip-lining, surf lessons, a day cruise to Tortuga Island, chef service, babysitting, spa service, transportation service, golf cart rental, guided hikes to national parks, and more! We can book these before or after your arrival. In high season, we recommend reserving in advance.

Sueños de Niño is located 1.5 hours by car from the Juan Santamaría International Airport, and just minutes from commercial areas that offer modern services such as Los Suenos Marina and Golf Course in Herradura and the beach town of Jaco, which is well known for its variety of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
