The bottom floor features the main social area, here you will find a large open kitchen with modern appliances, center island, high ceilings and large images of the construction of the house.  A large storage area is behind a door also located in the kitchen. In the center of this floor is a game area with pool table and foosball, laundry room, and guest bathroom.  Further north of this area is the main living area with windows to the ocean, jungle, and swimming pool.  There are several sliding glass doors on this level to access the BBQ area, pool deck, and other outdoor balconies and walkways that surround the bottom floor.

Brisas del Golfo is a condominium that sits atop the mountain overlooking the ocean and is situated in Punta Leona halfway between the two beautiful beaches of Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca.  Juan Santamaria International Airport is about 1.5 hours from the house and the beach town of Jaco and Los Sueños Marina are both about 25 minutes from the house by car.
