The Villa Experience

Top Level: The Sky Terrace & Grand Master Suite. Your experience begins on the top floor, where a grand entryway opens to an immediate and stunning ocean panorama. This level is dedicated to the primary master suite, a private corner sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed and a wrap-around balcony. The opulent en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a glass rain shower, and a unique freestanding sculpture tub. Also on this floor is an expansive sky terrace—perfect for sunset cocktails or private events—which features a catering prep area and a wet bar complete with a sink, mini-fridge, and ice maker. The villa’s complimentary 6-person golf cart is conveniently parked on this level for your use.  There is plenty of parking and a 240V outlet for charging EVs (owners need to supply their own charger).

Middle Level: Entertainment Hub & Family Suites The middle level is the villa’s social heart, designed for relaxation and entertainment. This spacious floor features 2 large living areas with a big-screen TV, a wet bar, a pool table, and a foosball table. The sleeping quarters on this level can be configured as two multi-room suites, ideal for families:

• Family Suite 1: A king-sized master suite with a walk-in closet and an adjoining room perfect for young children.
• Family Suite 2: This suite creates a private family wing, featuring a second master suite with a separate bunk room located just next to it. The bunk room is ideal for younger guests and includes an additional bed for a traveling nanny or an older child.

Lowest Level: Gourmet Kitchen, Multiple Dining Areas, & Poolside Suites: The lowest level is the center of indoor-outdoor living. Here you will find the state-of-the-art, air-conditioned gourmet kitchen and an island with seating for 10. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including dual refrigerators with freezer drawers, an oven, two dishwashers, a Ninja blender, a dedicated coffee bar, and a large pantry. This space flows directly into the pool deck, where the spectacular infinity pool features a shallow “sun lounge” area perfect for cooling off or for children’s play. The remaining private King Bedroom suites are also located on this level, offering serene accommodations with direct pool access.

Villa Monticello is located within the prestigious gated community of Altos de Leonamar, renowned for its 24/7 security and pristine nature. The community is nestled within a 750-acre tropical rainforest reserve, making daily sightings of scarlet macaws, monkeys, and other wildlife a common delight. Guests enjoy access to two beautiful beaches, including the famous white-sand Playa Blanca.

Villa Monticello | Rates & Seasons

All rates are listed in USD per night and do not include the 13% VAT tax (IVA). Please note that pricing is subject to change and varies based on the number of guests and time of year. Please inquire for an exact quote for your travel dates.

*Important: Maximum 2 children under the age of 7 do not count toward the total guest count and are not charged. After 2 children, $50 per child.

High Season

(Minimum 2-night Stay)

Dates:

• November 15th through May 1st (excluding Holiday & Peak weeks)

Nightly Rates:

• 2 Guests: $1,250
• Each guest after 2 guests is $100 per person, up to 12 adults maximum

Green Season

(Minimum 2-night Stay)

Dates:

• May 2nd through November 14th

Nightly Rates:

• 2 Guests: $1,250
• Each guest after 2 guests is $100 per person, up to 12 adults maximum

Use of Property for events:

Flat fee of $6500 USD to use the venue for the event (Maximum of 60 guests)

Minimum 3 nights full occupancy rate. Booking is required to host the event.
