PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This amazingly spacious 1100m2 (11,840 sq.ft.) and secluded 5 bedroom vacation home features a large master bedroom with king bed on the top floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, electric blinds, and incredible views of the ocean and beach on one side, and nature on the other side.  The bathroom has a closet with safe, shower, and freestanding bathtub.  Also on the top floor are two other bedrooms with queen beds, private baths, and balconies.

Going down one floor, you will find a large library with the same ocean views.  The library has a/c and a sofa bed.  Also on this level is another large bedroom with king bed and views of the jungle and mountains.  A full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom.

The bottom floor features the main social area, here you will find a large open and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, center island with barstools, and a glass dining table for 8.  In the center of this floor is a game area with pool table and foosball, board games, laundry room, and guest bathroom.  Further north of this area is the main living area with windows to the ocean, jungle, and swimming pool.  There is a Bluetooth sound speaker here that is portable and can be used outside or in other areas of the house. There are several sliding glass doors on this level to access the BBQ area, pool deck, and other outdoor balconies and walkways that surround the bottom floor.

The infinity pool is amazing and terminates at a point where you can relax with the jacuzzi jets and admire the views of the beach, ocean, or mountains.

Below the pool area is another large bedroom with a king-sized bed, single bed, and private bath.

All bedrooms and library are air-conditioned and the house is decorated with fine art. All bedrooms have TV/cable with Chromecast. The library television is equipped with Apple TV.

ABOUT THE AREA

Brisas del Golfo sits atop the mountain overlooking the ocean and is situated in Punta Leona halfway between the two beautiful beaches of Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca.  Juan Santamaria International Airport is about 1.5 hours from the house and the beach town of Jaco and Los Sueños Marina are both about 25 minutes from the house by car.

Playa Blanca is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica with white sand and clear blue water. It has limited access for residents and members of the club.   Playa Mantas is the beach in front of the main area of Club Punta Leona.  It is also a very clean and beautiful beach.

Down in Punta Leona you will also find Costa Rica’s famous Pop’s Ice Cream shop and a small grocery store.

When permitted, complimentary access to Playa Blanca, Playa Mantas, and the Punta Leona Club facilities is included except during Easter week and Christmas/New Years weeks.  The club may also restrict access for other holidays depending on demand. Parking at Playa Blanca can be added for $20 per vehicle per 3 day pass.  You can also park your car at the club and take the shuttle to Playa Blanca which runs every 30 minutes during the day. The Punta Leona Club has sport courts, swimming pools, beach volleyball, bar and restaurants (located at both Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas), showers, bathrooms, grocery store, mini-golf, butterfly garden, and outdoor gym.  Please indicate before arrival if you would like to add Playa Blanca parking. There is no discount if the access is not available.

We recommend renting a car as the house is very secluded and golf cart rental is not an option in this house because of the elevation. You can rent with National Car Rental and save 5% through this link. However, if you prefer not to drive, we can also arrange a transportation service for your group.

RATES AND AVAILABILITY 

Regular Base Rates 

• Sunday through Thursday nights $1400 per night
• Friday and Saturday nights $1600 per night

The rental rate is per night for up to 8 guests.  Minimum 3-night stay. Additional guests are $50 per night per guest.  Maximum 13 adults. *Regular rate does not apply for Easter Week and Christmas, and New Year seasons.

The house is also available for weddings, special events, and commercial video use.  Please call for a quote.
